Reporte Genealogico/Genealogy Report

Your genealogy should be submitted in a standard genealogical format. We suggest an Ahnentafel report, a pedigree chart or a modified register report that includes dates and more importantly the locations of events (births, baptisms, marriages, deaths).

[Important Note!!!: Do not send in any work that contains information on any individuals that are currently living. Especially do not send in your mother's maiden name which is sometimes used as a security question to access financial records].
